Kale is a lot like Marmite; you either love it or hate it. In my case I love it. But for about 99.9% of the world’s population they hate it.
I’m here to take a stand against naysayers and show you why you shouldn’t jump on the I hate kale bandwagon and get on the I love kale train.
Kale is one of the healthiest and most beneficial greens on the planet and because of that it’s the king of the superfoods. It’s packed to the brim with benefits; including antioxidants, vitamin c, low calorie, etc.
So, without any further ado here are three yummy smoothies to ease you in.
If looks could kale
This smoothie is the healthiest out of the three because not only does it contain kale it also has a whole lot of chia seeds as well.
1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup apple juice 2 cup kale 1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 banana 1 heaped spoon chia seeds
Bitch don’t kale my vibe
If you’re feeling sweet then this is the treat for you.
1 cup blackberries 1 cup raspberries 1 cup apple juice 1 cup almond milk
1 cup kale 1 banana
Oh kale no
The tangy one of the bunch.
1 cup kale 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup mango chunks 2 bananas 1 apple
